 Home Health Aides work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, based on the established Care Plan. Some of the services the Home Health Aide can provide include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping and cooking. 

 Medical Social Workers accurately assesses the social and emotional factors affecting the patient and family then respond with counseling or referral to community resources. The MSW can help determine if the patient is eligible for federal, state or local programs to provide them with Meals On Wheels, financial assistance with electric bills or medications, assistance with legal issues, estate planning, or personal counseling services for the patient and their caregivers. MSW often assume the role of liaison between the patient and Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance to coordinate benefits and provide many other areas of assistance. 

 A Registered Nurse is available 24 hours a day for non-emergencies and to answer any questions you may have.
